SHIPPING INFORMATION

DELIVERY COMPANY

Mountain Harvest orders are delivered by New Zealand Post – visit www.nzpost.co.nz.

All orders are shipped Signature Required so if the driver calls and no one is available to sign for your delivery they will leave a Card to Call for you to make an alternative arrangement.

SHIPPING TIMES

Orders placed before 10am Monday to Friday will be shipped the same day. Orders received after 10am, or on Saturday or Sunday, will be shipped the next working day. No orders are shipped on weekends or public holidays.

North Island, New Zealand – allow 1 – 2 working days for delivery
South Island, New Zealand – allow 2 – 3 working days for delivery
Rural Addresses, New Zealand – allow 2 – 5 working days for delivery
International – allow 10 working days for delivery

ORDER TRACKING

Once your delivery has been shipped, we will email you everything you need to know, including a unique Track & Trace number so you can follow the progress of your shipment.

SHIPPING RATES

New Zealand – NZD $8.00 per order.
International – NZD $20.00 per order.

CUSTOMS

Any additional import duty or tariffs incurred will be the responsibility of the customer.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS

“MANUKA HONEY” will appear on cardholder statements for any transactions through this website.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

If you are not completely satisfied with your WildCape Manuka Honey please email us at info@mountainharvesthoney.co.nz within 7 days of receiving your purchase and we will happily refund your purchase price.

To assist us with your refund and the return of the items please provide the following information:

  • Your contact name and phone number
  • Confirmation email including your delivery number
  • Description of products being returned
  • Reason for returning goods

DAMAGED ITEMS

If you receive damaged or incorrect items please email us at info@mountainharvesthoney.co.nz so we can refund or replace your order and arrange for the return of your items.
